Our new home on Emerald Island Resort has been designed and furnished with your comfort in mind.
We have chosen Emerald Island for the site of our new home because of its location and its amenities. We have also chosen a house model that has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms under 2216 square feet of airconditioned luxury. Our home also has a games room and Wi Fi internet connection.
We have designed a pool area which we are sure our guests will enjoy. The pool itself is situated almost central in the deck, so that guests can sunbath all around the perimiter giving a sence of more space than the 40'x30' the deck actually caters for.
Also attached to the pool is an outdoor spa which is raised 12" from the deck and accessed by steps.
Emerald Island is only a 10 minute drive to the gates of Disney and less than 25 minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Florida Mall, Mall of Millenia and Premium Outlets.
Family room
Over 21 foot long and a ceiling height of over 17 feet and furnished in total luxury, an 8 foot picture window patio door that gives a view of the pool and deck, as well as cable TV, DVD player, this room is the ideal place to relax indoors.
Master Bedroom
Massive luxury King Bed with matching furniture and Armoire. Cable TV. Picture window with veiws to the pool and deck. En-Suite bathroom with corner bath, seperate walk-in shower. "His and hers" moulded marble sinks in vanity counter top with large mirror. Walk in closet.
2nd Master Bedroom
This room is on the second level and has a Queen bed with matching furnishings, cable TV, En-Suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3
Situated on the lower floor, this bedroom has a queen bed with matching furnishings, cable TV and has a bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedrooms 4 and 5
Both these room are situated on the second level and share the 4th bathroom. They both have two twin beds with matching furniture, as well as cable TV.
Dining Room
A formal dining room furnished with traditional table and six chairs.
kitchen
Ample counter tops, cupboards and kitchen utensils, as well as refrigurator with ice-maker, dish washer, range cooker, microwave.
kitchen Nook
Informal dining with table and four chairs. Access to pool deck through patio doors.
Utility Room
Seperate room with washer and seperate dryer.
Garage
Double garage to house your hired muscle car maybe!!!!
Pool and Deck
The pool measures 14'x30 and sits in a 30'x40' sundeck. There is also a Spa attached to the pool for those relaxing nights after the tiring days at the theme parks and shopping malls, sipping a cool drink under the stars. You cant beat it!!!
