TIGGER WOODS is a large villa with 3 bedroom/ 2 public rooms/2 bathrooms in DAVENPORT LAKES on private corner plot with an enclosed private heated pool. Davenport Lakes is much closer to Disney resorts and restaurants than most other villas as it is located on Highway 27 just off Highway 192 where most of the restaurants are on the most direct route to and from Disney parks. High vaulted ceilings with arch windows creates a very open bright public area. Separate TV room converts easily to Fourth Bedroom for larger parties giving more flexibility. Golf, playground and tennis courts on site at lake. Supermarkets ,restaurants and Starbucks all within 2-5 minutes drive.
LIVING AREA
We have a large lounge with two sofas, cable TV, DVDs, stereo, books and games. A separate TV room for kids includes another TV, DVD and two more sofas (including one sofa bed) providing the OPTION FOR FOURTH BEDROOM for larger groups. The villa is centrally air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable living and sleeping environment all year round.
KITCHEN/DINING/LAUNDRY ROOM
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, icemaker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery etc. A separate utility room has a large washer and tumble dryer. There is a laundry basket, iron and ironing board. Separate dining area outwith kitchen or eat informally in kitchen table.
BEDROOMS
A wonderful master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV. en-suite with a large shower and oval bath,and large walk-in wardrobe.
2 other bedrooms , one with double bed, one with twin beds. both cabled in for Cable TV.
With 3 bedrooms, 2 receptions, 2 bathrooms and lots of storage space there is plenty of room to unwind - no squeezing into a tiny hotel room.
HEATED POOL
The villa is on a large private corner plot. The pool is to the rear covered by a lanai. Double garage and off street parking
The pool is to the rear of the villa and can be accessed from from french windows which lead onto it from both the master bedroom and the lounge. The windows have an alarm to alert you should any little ones head off to the pool area without you seeing. There is a small patio area with table and chair and sunloungers; this provides a nice break from the sun. An array of pool toys are available for your use. The shallow end is 3 feet deep and has steps to make entry easy for young and old. The other end is 6 feet deep. The pool can be heated. This is not really necessary between March-October. We can arrange for the pool heater to be switched on prior to your arrival should you wish. Please note that there is a small charge for the heating to cover the cost of the electricity.
ENTERTAINMENT
The heated pool, D.V.D.s, 4 cable TVs., pool toys, boardgames, local playground at lake and tennis courts will keep the kids amused when you just want to relax on a day off from the parks.
TENNIS rackets and balls provided in villa along with pool floats etc and no charges for on site tennis court
GOLF – Large choice of golf courses within 5 minutes drive including Polo Park Golf Course within 400 metres of villa.
EXTRAS
All TOWELS and bedding provided and lots of HAIRDRYERS and adaptor plugs. Villa is professionally cleaned before each visit. COT available for little ones and double BUGGY pram for you to take to Disney. We even provide Christmas tree and lights for December bookings and a GAS BBQ and gas bottle for al fresco BBQ dining by the pool. WALKIE TALKIES available for you to use and take to parks.
Local management company if there is any problems. Villa key box entry (no collecting and returning keys). Safety deposit box.
LOCATION
Davenport Lakes has best location on Highway 27, being first resort off Highway 192 where all the restaurants are on the road to and from Disney) Great choice of supermarkets. WalMart/Starbucks – only 2 minutes drive on Highway 27. If you rent a villa further south on Highway 27 near I4 Exit 55, you are 10 miles further away from action.
