The villa will accommodate 10 guests in comfort.

The first floor of this wonderful home comprises a family room has a large flat screen tv, DVD, large comfy sofas etc and is a great area for all the family to hang out.
There is a desk and chair in this room also, perfect for setting up your laptop and keeping in touch with family and business

The open plan family kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, flatware , silverware etc
Also on this level there are 2 of the 5 bedrooms. The first is a king size master suite which boasts a king size bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, clock, walk in closet, flat screen tv, DVD. The private en suite master bathroom consists of wc, large tub bath, walk in shower and sink.
The second bedroom on this level is a queen bedroom with nightstand, lamp, chest of drawers, built in closet flat screen tv.
There is a further family bathroom on this floor with walk in shower, sink and wc. There is a utility room comprising full size washer and dryer. The last great feature of this home on this floor is the private game room with pool table and air hockey table, TV and PS2 game console.
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, the first is the second master bedroom with queen size bed flat screen tv and ample drawer and hanging space. The en suite bathroom has bath, shower, wc and sink

The private pool also has a spa attached and the pool deck has a shady lanai for some respite from the sun should the going get too hot!
