Our privately owned very large vacation home has been carpeted throughout the dry areas and tiled in the wet areas and has 4 bedrooms (and a queen size sofa bed in the living room) 2.5 bathrooms and a heated private pool which is not overlooked.
Sunny Asha Villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending an exciting and active day out at the parks and shopping malls of Orlando.
The vacation home has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with air conditioning throughout and overhead fans in the Master bedroom, Living room and Family room.
Our vacation home has 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, nook, kitchen, laundry room and a games room. No expense has been spared in fitting out each room of the vacation home with tasteful and high quality furniture.
The Family room is nice area to chill out with ample seating with a large cable TV and DVD and access to the surround sound system and a Wii console for all the family.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances for even the most discerning of chefs, including a large side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice making facility and chilled filtered water.
The dining room is stocked with quality crockery and cutlery.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with access to the surround sound system.
The master bedroom is one of the largest in Orlando and has a super king sized bed, a love seat, cable TV/DVD, access to the surround sound system, hair dryer, en-suite bathroom, his and her vanity sinks, a separate shower cubicle and walk-in/large closet (this is large enough to be a bedroom).
The 2nd bedroom also has a super king sized bed and TV.
The two “twin bedrooms” have two full size single beds and cable TV/DVD and a Play Station 2 is available for use.
A surround sound system has been installed in the vacation home and services the public areas and the master bedroom.
Also available are a Cot/Crib and a High Chair.
All bed linen and towels are provided. The linen is high thread count cotton just perfect for a good nights sleep.
A sliding patio door from the nook leads to the southwest facing heated pool and extended deck area and is enclosed by a pool net to keep any mosquito's and bugs at bay. The pool and extended deck area is furnished with 4 padded sun loungers, a table and parasol and 4 padded chairs. Pool toys and towels are provided.
A Telephone is available with free local calls.
Complimentary high speed wireless internet access is available all you need to do is bring your Lap Top or Note Book.
The garage has been converted into a games room complete with Air Hockey, Pool Table and many other games and books to keep all the family members occupied.
There is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board so you don't need to bring clothes for every day of your vacation, especially with airlines constantly reducing the baggage allowances .
Our vacation rental home is:
• 10 miles from Disney World (takes on approximately 10-15 minutes drive)
• 25 minutes drive (on average) from Universal Parks and Sea World
• 60 minutes drive from Busch Gardens
• 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport
• 65 minutes from both coasts
• 60 minutes from Kennedy Space Centre
• 5 minutes form several championship golf courses
Ideally located for easy access to all the major attractions, a new shopping mall Posner Park a few miles south on Hwy 27, shops, supermarkets and well know restaurants only a few minutes drive away.
We are also just a short ride away from many top quality golf courses in a golfers paradise including Champions Gate, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Highlands Reserve.
The glorious Florida beaches such as St Pete’s, Clearwater and Daytona are only 60 to 90 minutes away and all the other theme parks can be reached within the hour. We are ideally placed for Lego land when it opens in 2011.
As an optional extra the pool can be heated, this is recommended between the months of October through to April.
