Before you may enquire to list a villa for free on Disney 4 Villas, you must first accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions:
1. You agree to the booking terms & conditions set out by www.Disney4Villas.com
2. When we receive an enquiry we will contact you to check availability.
3. Please make sure that the price you have set includes our 15% commission and also Includes Tax.
4. You agree to keep your villa available for the period of the booking.
5. Once Disney4Villas receives the booking deposit, we will confirm the booking details with you.
6. The sites booking procedure requires the customer to pay a £200 or 20% deposit to secure the booking.
7. The villa owner agrees that 15% of this payment plus any PayPal or Credit Card charges. will be retained by Disney4Villas
8. Disney4villas will collect the outstanding balance, Return Security Deposits & send out details & Directions to the clients
9. Disney4villas will return the security bond within 14 - 21 days of the guest’s departure.
10. Once payment has been received, and a confirmation e-mail has been sent to the customer by Disney4Villas, it will remain the sole responsibility of the villa owner to enforce their own cancellation terms and conditions for the balance payment of the booking.
11. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure disney4villas receive the correct door codes and Information for the client at least two weeks prior to the client entering the villa.
12. Ensure that your properties are kept in a clean and tidy condition, and regular pest control is carried out on your property
13. If full Payment has been made we will deduct 15% Commission and then forward the Remainder once Payment has been Cleared by our Bank
14. Sales and Tourist Tax is the Responsibility of the home Owner
15. Disney4Villas reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false information.
16. Disney4Villas reserves the right to remove any listing where complaints have been received regarding the maintenance/condition of the home.
17. Warrant and accept that the information with regard to the property listed is accurate.
18. Any legal action to be taken against the Renter will be the responsibility of the home owner; disney4Villas will provide full contact details of the Renter.
19. We do not allow any onward links to other websites. The exception to this is the villa owners Virtual (not including virtual tours on own villa websites) Tour and Renters.Org calendar.
20. All listings are reviewed and any listing with onward links other than those acceptable to Disney4Villas will not be accepted onto this website.
