Our home comes complete with 2 Living Areas, 2 Dining Areas, Laundry Room and Games Room and not forgetting that all important upgraded 30x15ft south west facing pool and spa !

As our home is on a conservation lot you have some wonderful views from the pool and spa area. Why not sit at night after a hectic day at the theme parks and watch the sunset from the spa. Isn't that what holidays are for ?

We have also provided for our guests board games, DVDs, CDs, Playstation 3 games and books for either lazy days by the oversized pool or fun family nights in with the children.

Entrance Way
Upon entering Mickeys Watersong Villa you will notice the keyless door entry system that has been installed. No more lost keys !

Hallway
As you enter the graceful hallway you will find a table and mirror and the stairs leading to the 1st floor of the home. On the right hand side you will find under the archways the more formal Sitting and Dining Areas.

Sitting Area 1
In this Sitting Area you will find a large 42" flat screen TV with Cable and DVD player. There are plenty of comfortable chairs for you to relax on.

Dining Area
In the more formal of the 2 dining areas you will find a beautiful dining table with seating for up to 8 guests and a very nice chandelier sets the mood perfectly.

Kitchen Area
As you walk from the hallway past the rooms above you will enter the Kitchen area. In here you will find we have upgraded the kitchen to add that little bit more elegance. You will find everything you expect from a holiday home and more in here from the large butlers pantry, Microwave and Coffee Machine to the large fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice making facility. There is a large island in the kitchen where we have added some stools for extra seating or somewhere you can just sit and enjoy a sip of that freshly made coffee. All cutlery and crockery is provided too.

Nook/2nd Dining Area
Just off the kitchen area you will find our 2nd dining area. Here you will find a large table that seats 6 people comfortably.

Sitting Area 2/Family room
We like to call this the family room. In here you will find a large 50" flat screen TV with Cable, DVD player, Music Centre and Playstation 3. You will also find in here a large selection of books, Board Games, DVDs, CDs and the all important games for the PS3.

Laundry Room
To the left of the family room in a corridor you will the laundry room. In here you will find the full size washer and drier as well as the iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Cloakroom
Next the to the laundry room you will find the cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

Games Room
If you carry on down past the Laundry Room and Cloakroom you will find the games room. In here is where you will find your teenagers if they are not by the pool or on the PS3 ! We have provided for your entertainment a slate bed pool table, foosball table and electric air hockey machine.

Master Suite 1
On the ground floor just off the family area you will find the first of our Master Suites. It overlooks the pool area outside and has been equipped with large TV/DVD and Cable. A large walk in closet is also provided.

Master Bath 1.
Just off the Master Bedroom you will find the master bath which has been upgraded, you will find a large double shower, 2 wash hand basins, WC and a corner bath. A hairdryer and hair strengtheners are provided.

Pool Area
To enter the pool and spa area you go through the patio doors from the kitchen/nook area. These doors have been alarmed for safety reasons so that for added peace of mind no young children can enter the pool area without you knowing it.

The Lanai has also been upgraded to cover the entire length of the house, so if that Floridian sunshine gets too hot there are plenty of cool spots to escape too. Perfect for the kids and adults alike. If you prefer to soak up those rays then you will fond plenty of padded sun loungers around the pool and spa area. You will also find out here a dining area where you can choose to eat al-fresco whilst watching the wildlife go about their days.

The Pool has been upgraded to oversized 30x15ft and both the pool and raised spa area have had their heaters upgraded so that a swim or relax in the spa during those winter months can be achieved without effort.

1st Floor

Master Suite 2
In our 2nd of our master suites you will find a king bed as well as large TV, DVD player and Cable. A walk in closet is also provided in this bedroom.

Master Bath 2
Once again this has been upgraded tiling throughout and has a large shower, wash hand basin, WC and hairdryer, as well as those all important hair strengtheners.

Bedroom 3
In here you will find a Queen bed with TV/DVD player and cable. Built in closets are provided.

En-Suite 3
you will notice again that this bathroom has upgraded tiling and offers WC, Shower and wash hand basin. Hairdryer and hair strengtheners are provided.

Bedroom 4
Another queen bed with TV/DVD player and Cable. There are more built in closets in this room too.

En-Suite 4
Just off bedroom 4 you will find the en-suite which again has been upgraded. You will find WC, wash hand basin and shower, hairdryer and strengtheners.

Bedroom 5
The first of our 2 themed rooms. This bedroom has 2 single beds and is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme. A Mickey mouse TV and DVD player and cable are provided as well as Mickey alarm clock and lamp.

Bedroom 6
The second of our themed rooms but this time in a Neverland theme ! We have never seen a home before that has this. Perfect for both boys and girls alike. In here you will find a set of bunk beds and also a single bed. Although not en-suited the 2 themed rooms are either side of the main bathroom.

Main Bathroom
This bathroom is between the 2 themed bedrooms and has been upgraded throughout to offer a better standard of tile and design. In here you will find a bath, shower, Wash Hand basin and WC. You will also find a hairdryer and hair strengtheners are provided here also.

We have also provided for or guests FREE International and Local Calls, FREE Wireless internet so bring your laptop, FREE use of the brand new baby equipment which includes baby alarms, cot, high chair, stroller and booster seats.
Our guests also get FREE use of all the amenities offered by our clubhouse here at Watersong.
