Our villa
The villa incorporates not one, but two large living areas, spacious kitchen, private screened swimming pool with spa and patio, breakfast nook, games room and utility room. Four large bedrooms, two en-suite, two twin and a third shared bathroom, complete the impressive specification of this elegantly furnished, 2000ft, single storey executive home. The rooms are light and our photos show how they’re furnished. They are comfortably large enough for parties of 8-10 adults/children, the extra sleeping accommodation provided courtesy of a sofabed in the family room

Location
We are 10-20 minutes from Disney depending on the time of day/year. You can get your supplies from a shopping plaza just 2 minutes away where you'll find a supermarket, restaurant, food outlets, liquor store and banks
Highlands Reserve is a golf course development, meaning surroundings are pleasant and well tended and it is peaceful and quiet nearly all the time. Just off the convenient USHighway27, our home is far enough away to guarantee there's no intrusive traffic noise

Facilities
Designed as a ‘home from home’ we supply all you need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, bed linen, all towels, hairdryers and use of a crib and highchair. There is no charge for national/long distance calls or high speed internet, meaning you can bring your laptop and keep up to date on weather, flight times and themepark opening hours or even emails if you want to tell the folks back home what a great time you're having

'Down' time
When you need a break from the themeparks, shopping malls or the Florida sunshine there is plenty at the villa to take your mind off things. Our large pool deck faces South West which means when it’s sunny you get the sun most of the day, with the bonus of beautiful sunsets. We have a big retractable awning to provide shade (and shelter from occasional ‘monsoons’) as well as sun loungers and other pool furniture. The elevated site, pool screen and surrounding shrubbery, mean the pool is private and not overlooked. The pool can be heated at cooler times of the year and the spa and patio are perfect places to relax, unwind and enjoy a leisurely drink or meal. Indoors, we have cable TV, a games room, dvd players, Gamecube, books, dvds and games

For golfers, what could be better than living on the doorstep of Highlands Reserve Golf Club Tee times can be booked up to 90 days in advance to make sure you aren't disappointed and clubs are available to hire on request. There are even discounts on green fees available for Highlands Reserve guests!
