Property descriptionWhen you enter our home you are in the formal dining area which leads to the family room with TV,DVD and stereo, sliding doors lead out onto an oversized South facing deck/pool and spa area with an extended lanai area with a child safety fence and comfortable furniture. Our kitchen has all modern appliances with a large center breakfast area with bar stools and aliding doors to pool area. On the ground floor you have the king master bedroom with TV, ensuite bathroom comprising of corner tub seperate shower and toilet. On the second floor you have three more king bedrooms all with TV's and ensuite bathrooms comprising of tub/shower and toilet. The landing area also has a PS2 and games area for the kids The two twin bedrooms are also on the second floor and they share the fith bathroom. the garage has been converted to a games room with free standing air conditioning unit for your comfort when using the pool table, foosball table or air hockey. the half bathroom is situated by the games room and full laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, all linen and towels are provided.
