Our beautiful Florida Villa was primarily purchased for our own use rather than as an investment so we took particular care when chosing the site and location. Backing onto lake Joe, and set in a corner position, it is very private and not overlooked. You will get the sun at the back from 10.30 in the morning until sun set.

Swimming Pool:
It is screened to keep out the bugs and has a child safety fence for your added peace of mind. Beyond the pool is our private lawn for your added extra enjoyment.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite large bathroom. The second master is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed and patio doors out to the lanai. The bathroom is imediately adjacent to this. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.

Main Living Area:
The main living accommodation is open plan and includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has all of the quipment that you would expect, dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. There is a seperate utility room with large washing machine and large tumble dryer.

Games Room:
The games room houses the pool table and electronic dart board.

There are TV's in the lounge, games room and the two master bedrooms.

Towels and hairdryers are also provided.

On Southern Dunes:
On site there is of course the golf course (you need to pay for this), a small gym, library, tennis courts, club house and three larger community swimming pools. The site is a gated community with a 24hour security guard.
