The villa has 7 bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms featuring a large and well-equipped kitchen, utility room, two games rooms, dining room, living room, family room and nook area. The enlarged pool is on a South facing pool deck, which has been enlarged, plus a 10ft covered lanai. The view from the pool deck is of a wooded conservation area.

Our home benefits from air conditioning and is decorated and furnished above that expected from rental property. One the ground floor there is a large family room, spacious living room, dining room, master bedroom with a king bed, a games room with air hockey, pool table, table tennis and darts.

On the first floor are master bedrooms two and three both of which have king size beds, bedroom four has a queen bed, and bedrooms five, six and seven have twin beds. All the bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom. The large landing area has be converted to a large games area with television, VCR, Play station 2 and board games to keep the children amused.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus crockery and cutlery to cater for your requirements. The separate utility room holds the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.

We have provided all the bed linen and enough bathroom and pool towels for up to 16 people. We have supplied a cot and high chair for your use at no extra cost.

The South facing pool deck has been extended as has the pool (there is an extra charge for pool heating) plus a 10’ covered lanai to shade you from the sun. To relax you after a hard day at Disney is our Jacuzzi, just imagine soaking in warm water with bubbles massaging your aching muscles.

In addition to the facilities in our home you can enjoy the facilities provided by the resort at no extra charge.

Amenities

The Emerald Island Clubhouse is the vibrant center of activity for the community. And even though our home is close to the area's most renowned attractions, the activities and amenities of this venue are so special you may choose not to leave.

You and your family, may enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or a relaxing afternoon at the pool. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, and a tennis court is in the works. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting.

At 4,000 square feet the Clubhouse has something for everyone including a fitness facility and spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room; a planned sundry shop; a meeting room for informal gatherings; a computer for guest access to the internet; and a snack bar.
