Sunset Terrace has been designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind from all the upgrades to the spacious rooms. Sunset Terrace is larger than most 5 bedroom vacation homes actually it is as large as most 7 bedroom homes.

Once you stay in our spacious villa with the executive decorating and upgraded furniture you won't want to stay anywhere else. Location is perfect just minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Also, nearby are lots of great golf courses for the avid golfer who can try a different course everyday.

This luxurious home is situated in the beautiful gated community of Solana Resort. Solana has a 4000 sq. ft. clubhouse including a cyber café, sundry shop, concierge, beautiful community pool along with a children's play area as well as many other family fun activities. The club house is a short walk from our villa.
1 Master with King bed and bath are on the 1st floor. 4 bedrooms (each with a bath) are on the 2nd floor along with a Den with 2 day beds. The second floor bedrooms and den all have televisions and the 1st floor Master has a 27” television.
Blowdryers are in each of the bathrooms. Cable in all bedrooms and den.

The Den is equipped with a Playstation 2 and DVD Player along with a computer and Broadband internet.

The Family Room, Kitchen and Nook are open as one big great room.
Family Room is spacious with 18' high ceilings with a 32” TV with Cable, DVD Player & Playstation 2.

Kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. It is fitted with all that you will need for a comfortable stay.

The Nook has a large table and has seating for 6 people.

There is also a ½ bath and Laundry Room off the Family Room/Kitchen for your convenience. The Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also there.

Walk straight through Laundry Room and that will lead you right into our Game Room. The Game Room has a pool table, air hockey and electronic dart board for you to enjoy.
For your enjoyment there is a 10 x 40 ft. covered lanai with ceiling fans. Extended decking by the 14x30 pool and raised spa so you have lots of room to move around. The pool area is landscaped for your privacy. The patio furniture has been upgraded and plenty of seating for everyone. There are: 2 tables, 4 loungers and 8 chairs.
