The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
For catering for your holiday you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
The villa is in a quiet community. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
A new 60in High Definition TV has just been installed in the family room. Also, the first Master suite has a new 40in High Definition TV. The second master has a 37in TV and there are TV's, games consoles, videos and DVD players available in the other rooms.
