Welcome home to "Mickey's Magic Villa", our beautiful Disney Vacation Rental Home located less than 3 miles from Disney World. Our Orlando vacation home offers a comfortable home away from home in tropical surroundings of Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
This newly furnished 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath Disney townhouse is spacious and offers all the amenities that you expect in a vacation home and more. In addition, Emerald Island Resort offers a variety of amenities that will make your vacation a memorable one.
Our townhouse is equipped with 4 TVs, 4 DVD Players, cable service including HBO, DVD Library as well as high-speed broadband cable Wi-Fi (wireless 802.11g and 802.11b) Internet access.
Downstairs we have the Kitchen, Laundry Room (with full size washer and dryer), Half Bath, Dining Room and Living Room. There is a small covered patio off the Living Room over-looking the natural preservation pond. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils. All
linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom (with en suite Bathroom), the Second and Third Bedrooms and the Second Bathroom. There is a small balcony off the Master Bedroom overlooking the pond.
traveling with children? You will be pleased to know that our townhouse is smoke-free and pet-free. It is also equipped with High chair, Portable crib and Stair gates for your use, at no extra charge.

You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room; go for a walk in Community nature walk areas; have a barbecue; stay in touch using the Community IT Center; meet your clients in resort meeting rooms or enjoy a game of volley ball or tennis or unwind in the community sauna/spa/pools. The resort has its own Tiki Bar next to the pool.
