This fabulous 6 bedroom 4 bathroom luxury villa is the stuff that dreams are made of !!!
Two comfortable living room areas with ample seating on the luxurious sofas. Both living areas are very nicely furnished. The main living room has a large screen tv, dvd player, stereo and cd player.The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped as is the rest of the home and overlooks the large pool deck area. There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table area
Also on the ground floor there is a queen size bedroom with beautiful furnishings tv and dvd player. There is one of 4 bathrooms adjacent to the bedroom. A separate utility room housing a washing machine and dryer. There is also a games room on this floor boasting a pool table, soft darts, and an air hockey table.
Patio doors lead out to the large block paved pool deck area which also has a shady lanai for protection if the sun gets too hot. The complete pool area is enclosed with screening that helps keep out the bugs but allows the sun to shine through. There is ample poolside furniture and tables etc. The pool has a nice outlook to the rear and there is a spa to relax in to ease those aching joints after an active day at the parks!!
Now on to the upstairs !! There are 5 further bedrooms in this splendid villa. All bedroom have tv’s and dvd players. One of the kids rooms also has a GAMECUBE installed for a bit of peace and quiet !! There are two Master suites on this floor each with their own private en suite bathrooms. Both master bedrooms have beautiful King size beds. There is a further king size bedroom, a bedroom with two twin(single ) beds and lastly a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. So in total this superb villa will accommodate up to 14 people. Ideal for two families or larger parties. All of the king size beds have had the mattresses upgraded.
On this level there is also a family bathroom totaling 4 full bathrooms in the villa
The villa is of course fully air conditioned. For security the villa has been fitted with a type 1 electronic security lock so no need to worry about losing the key, there isn’t one !! Simply punch in the code and the door will unlock !!
