Our villa is on the new and exclusive development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.

This prestigious community has a gated entrance and planned lake front facilities, including clubhouse, picnic area and watersports.

The villa has a private pool, jacussai and is on a quiet corner plot in the development.

Due to its coner location the villa boasts both South and West facing pool deck area

The property offers very spacious accommodation and has been finished to a high standard, both inside and out.

It is fully air-conditioned, with cable TV and wireless internet access.
The large, Curved L shaped pool also includes a spa tub, very useful for unwinding after a hard day on your feet.

The pool deck has been extended, allowing plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also a covered lanai (porch) with ceiling fan, for when you need to get out of the Florida sun and cool down.

Pool furniture is provided in terms of table and chairs for al fresco dining.

There is a removable safety barrier to stop young children getting access to the pool unsupervised.

The property is full air conditioned and has a fully equiped heating system.

All of the rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard.

There are two master bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes.

The main master bedroom has One King size bed and the second master bedroom has One Queen bed.

The main master bedroom is equiped with a television.

Both also feature separate doors to the pool area, so you can enjoy an early morning dip without disturbing the rest of the family.

The master bathroom is the height of luxury, with a large tub, walk in shower and two wash basins.

There are two further bedrooms, which share the third bathroom.

Both bedrooms feature twin beds.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental charge.

The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances and everything you could need, including fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer.

All crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans and utensils are provided.

Alongside the kitchen is a large dining area if you want to have a family meal out of the sun.

There is also a breakfast nook-seating area.

The spacious family room has large sliding doors that open out to the pool deck and lanai.

It has cable TV and DVD player and a large sofa that converts to a bed if required.

Broadband wireless internet access is also available, so you can surf the web and pick up e-mails if necessary

Amenities

All of the amenities you could need are only minutes from the villa, including a large 24 hour Wal Mart.

The area is well served by banks, pharmacies, a post office and a variety of shops.

There are of course numerous restaurants and fast food outlets nearby.

The Posner Park retail and leisure development, currently under construction, is about 10 minutes away, at the junction with Interstate 4.

The golfers among you will be spoilt for choice, with a number of courses only minutes away, including the highly rated Southern Dunes. The excellent Champions Gate development is also very close by.

Although we sincerely hope you won’t need it, it is comforting to know that the Heart of Florida Hospital is also nearby.

The villa is 15 minutes from the gates of Disneyworld and all that the amazing theme parks have to offer.
