Our lovely spacious villa is set on an unusually large plot in a private residential estate. The unique thing about our villa is that there is plenty of space and privacy.
The pool is south facing, very private and is surrounded by landscaped gardens and a hedge - not neighbours!! There is an extended cool deck with table, chairs and loungers for eating/relaxing outside under the shade.

The villa consists of:-
Master bedroom with 6ft bed, cathedral ceiling with fan, cable TV/video, walk-in wardrobe with Personal Safe and large ensuite with shower and bath.

2nd bedroom has a Kingsize (US Queensize) bed and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are twin rooms, all with ample storage with the family bathroom with bath/shower.

We have just installed a Games Room with full sized table tennis table, fooseball and dartboard with bikes and helmets for your use.

Included free in the villa:-
Personal Safe, Gas BBQ, large screen TV/DVD, Playstation 2 and High Speed Internet Access.
, various board games and books.

All linen and towels are provided with a hair dryer in each bathroom.
We also have a cot, highchair and single and double strollers.

Sunridge Woods is a peaceful location yet only 15 minutes from Disney World and all its attractions, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 70 minutes from Sandford Airport. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Discovery Cove are all situated off International Drive, which is approximately 5 miles from Disney. The 192 Highway with all its shops and restaurants is only a short drive away.
For local grocery shopping for fresh bread etc. there is a large supermarket (Publix) only 5 minutes away in a mall which also includes shops such as Walgreens Pharmacy, TV video rentals, dry cleaners, hair dresser, beauty salon and food outlets include Subway, China1, Pepperoni, Creperie, McDonalds and Chilis.

If you or your party are into Golf - there are many public golf courses in the area, the two below are only 5 minutes away from the villa :-
Champions Gate Golf Resort: designed by Greg Norman, one of the courses has the highest course rating in Florida.
Reunion Resort and Club: has three courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus.

We have horse riding available on 5 mins away, a Rodeo in Kissimmee and the World of Horse only 10 mins drive.

Shopping - There are a huge variety of shopping outlets with Wal-Mart (we have 3 in our area), Premium Outlet, Millenia Mall and Florida Mall all within easy distance
