Our home has been beautifully furnished with a multitude of upgrades over the usual villa specification you might find elsewhere. This really is for the most discerning guest looking for the ultimate in private villa accommodation. The villa is arranged over two floors & unusually for a property of this size there are only five bedrooms instead of six or seven, so rest assured large spacious rooms were of paramount importance.

DOWNSTAIRS

Upon entering the villa there is the FOYER/HALL (19' x 7') with a large wool rug that blends in beautifully with the decor, plus a matching buffet unit to the dining table. Inside this is a range of games & puzzles for you to enjoy. To the right is the LIVING/DINING room (25' x 12') framed by elegant white pillars. The living area has a 3 seat sofa & ever so comfortable twin recliner arm chairs finished in Durapella cocoa fabric. There is also a coffee table & two end tables with lamps plus a sofa table with a range of books. We intended this as a quiet place for reading or chatting so declined installing a TV here. The dining area has a very nice 8-seat carved double pedestal dining table; the extensions are permanently in place so the table is 9' long! There are 8 lattice back matching chairs.

The GAMES ROOM (20' x 19), has been professionally & extensively fitted to provide hours of amusement for all the family. We have added a red carpet & red/yellow walls split by dado rail to warm the room up a little.

The LARGE FAMILY ROOM (22' x 16') has sliding doors out to the Lanai & is furnished with a fabulous leather sectional that has an integrated queen sleeper sofa & double recliner sofa. This room is tiled with a large abstract rug table taking centre stage which is in keeping withthe modern theme of the room. Here we have a coffee table, two end tables with matching lamps, plus a sofa table situated behind the sofa. The focal point of the room is a wide oak entertainment unit with leaded doors housing the large screen HDTV/PS3 entertainment system.

Across form the family room the LUXURY KITCHEN (16' x 17') is finished with maple cabinets. There is a centre island plus a range of modern kitchen components including, 23cu fridge freezer with built in ice maker, built in microwave, 30” electric range cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, as well as all the other items you would expect to find. There is also a large walk in pantry, five swivel bar stools around the breakfast bar plus another two stools serving the centre island. There is enough dinnerware & cutlery for 12.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor - DOUBLE BEDROOM 3 (14' x 12') with Queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, a dresser with mirror & twin nightstands with lamps. In keeping with the theme the TV & DVD player are situated across from the bed on their own nightstand with drawers. This bedroom has double door access, so would naturally suit any elderly or disabled guests within your party. Next to this bedroom is a further bathroom comprising bath with shower, WC & sink that could effectively serve this bedroom during the night as an en-suite.

UPSTAIRS

THE MAGNIFICENT MASTER BEDROOM SUITE runs the length of the villa (over 44'), comprising a large bedroom (19' x 14') with king size bed, dresser with mirror & twin nightstands. Your TV & DVD player are housed inside the matching T.V armoire. The bedroom leads into a lovely en-suite bathroom (14' x 11') with double size shower, bath, WC & twin sinks. You also have the walk-in wardrobe area, or should I say room. This is larger than many bedrooms (11' x 12'). You will just love the space & would need to hit the shopping malls very hard to fill - even if you couldn't get it all home! We also thought this would be ideal to utilize as an impromptu nursery as it would be so quiet, so the baby items are stored here. The bedroom has double French doors out onto the 40' x 8' BALCONY which is south facing & we have provided a table & chairs for you to relax & enjoy the sunrise over breakfast if you so wish. Also at each end of the balcony are double chaise loungers should you fancy some relaxing romantic time with your loved one.

Adjacent is MASTER BEDROOM 2 (16' x 14'), this has another King size bed & built-in wardrobes, dresser with mirror & twin nightstands with lamps. The TV & DVD again have their own nightstand in keeping with the rest of the bedroom. There is an en-suite bathroom comprising bath with shower, sink & WC. Again double French doors open out onto the balcony. Across the landing are BEDROOMS 4 & 5 both with twin beds plus built-in wardrobes & a nightstand between the beds with a lamp. Across from the beds in both bedrooms are chests of drawers with the TV & PS2. BATHROOM 4 has a bath with shower, sink & WC; this is situated just beside bedrooms 4 & 5. A UTILITY ROOM houses the things you would like to forget, but might just need -washing machine & dryer plus ironing board etc.

The landing is very spacious so we have used this for the computer desk & PC as it is a communal area everyone can access. As well as the desk we have added an occasional chair & small side table plus two art pictures on the wall to create what looks a very nice area for writing or using the computer with broadband access.

The 3 master bedrooms all have cable TVs & DVD players. Bedrooms 4 & 5 have cable TVs & PLAYSTATION 2's. YAMAHA ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD with over 500 sounds and 150 music backing styles, touch sensitive, Reverb/Chorus and EQ effects.

Professional standard VOCOPRO KARAOKE system with recording & twin wireless rechargeable mics. There is a range of literature in the villa detailing the attractions in the area, but for the latest information the Internet is the place to look; you can do this using the Dell PC with 19' widescreen monitor & high speed Internet access. It also has Nero & Photoshop to save your pictures to disc. Wireless Internet capability for laptop users. Set of Walkie-talkies to use at the parks. Comprehensive range of baby equipment - stroller, high chair, cot, bath, sterilizer, monitor & toys so baby will feel right at home. If you wished the walk-in closet room attached to master bedroom 1 would be ideal utilized as a nursery. Large stainless steel gas BBQ. Courtesy use of golf clubs (2 men’s sets, 1 ladies & 1 child’s). The development has its own tennis courts, so for your convenience the villa has its own tennis rackets (2 men’s, 2 ladies & 1 child’s). Range of board games provided are also provided.

This really is a beautifully appointed villa with many wonderful & unique features - spacious rooms fitted out with quality furniture & every entertainment extra you could wish for. 2 king size master bedroom suites with French doors to the 40' balcony that has its own table, chairs & sun loungers. Then there is the primary master suite itself, some 44 feet long. Plus a host of other extras & upgrades so often overlooked, like hair dryers in every bathroom, clock radios, beds with Egyptian cotton sheets as standard & 70' bath sheets instead of the usual towels. All the facilities in the villa are designed to make your stay more comfortable, enjoyable & rewarding which we offer free for the duration of your stay- guaranteed. As a family we have stayed in many different villas over the years; some good & others not so good, so are confident our villa will offer the discerning guest everything they need.
