LOUNGE is large spacious and just recently refurbished this year with new tiled floor and brand new lounge furniture consisting of three seater sofa/bed suitable for 2 adults to sleep,a two seater sofa and matching arm chair,NEW large flat screen cable TV with 77 channels and DVD player with a large selection of dvd films to cater for all tastes.stereo/CD/HIFI and tastefully decorated to a very high standard,overlloking a breakfast bar with stools for additional dinning/seating and leading to a large patio door out to the shaded lanai/patio area for all your outdoor entertainment.(2 dinning areas formal inside and social outside.)

KITCHEN/DINNING AREA is fully fitted with dishwasher,microwave,toaster,coffee maker,blender,kitchen utensils and crockery,oven,hob,large refridgerator with ice maker,washing machine and tumble dryer,iron,ironing board,vacuum cleaner and waste disposal unit,and large dinning table with six chairs.

MASTER BEDROOM 1 and 2 comes with en-suite walk in shower/vanity units with plenty of soft towels and super king size bed and queen size,walk in closets,large 23" cable TV WITH DVD player,radio alarm clocks and phone,hair dryer and overlooking the pool area.

BEDROOM 3 has two single beds with dresser,alarm clock radio,built in closets,20"TV AND DVD player,furnished to a high standard and leading to the third bathroom.

BEDROOM 4 is decorated in a childrens mickey theme with bunk beds,bottom bunk (double size sleeps 3)and dresser, to keep the kids happy a TV with playstation 2 and games,this bedroom also leads to the third full bathroom.

BATHROOM 3is shared by bedrooms 3/4 and is full size consisting of toilet/full bath with shower attatchment and vanity units with plenty of soft towels.

30'HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND DECK furnished with plenty of luxurious padded pool furniture/beds to relax and soak up the sun,The pool is true south facing and fully screened to keep out those unwanted insects,but allows the sun rays to pass through for those wishing to take in that Florida sun.pool heating is available for those winter months nov/dec/jan/feb recmmended.

NEW GAMES ROOM is kitted out with a 7'pool table 6'airhockey table and electronic darts,4'foosball games table and a playstation 2 with games and a selection of family board games.

HEALTH & SAFETY our home is fitted with a monitored ADT house alarm,pool safety alarm,emergancy lighting,smoke detectors,first aid box and licensed by the Florida state for rental.Our management company is close by and available 24/7 for our guests.
