Description: Our villa is situated on the gated comunity of Sunset Ridge just off the US27 and I-4 junction, and is located in a quiet part of the estate in a cul-de-sac and backs onto conservation land.
We have a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with own pool. We have 2 queen bedrooms en-suite one of which has access to the pool, there are three twin bedrooms and a seperate bathroom, all bedrooms have tv. There is a large living room and a den which has tv-dvd a hi-fi and a sofa bed. There is a utility room that has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.We have a fully fitted kitchen and a dining room. To the rear we have a large pool with extended decking for those that like to lounge in the sun. There is a safety fence around the pool ands we request when not in use to have the fence in place.
