Q. If whilst staying at our villa rental, we encounter any problems who do we contact?

A. All our vacation rentals are maintained by local management companies their contact Information and Emergency numbers are located in each of the vacation homes. These numbers are also supplied by disney4villas.com along with the directions and information given as the balance of payment is made.

 

Q. When we book our Florida vacation home are there any other costs involved

A. All quotations given clearly state the price of the vacation rental, including pool heat if required. Security deposits are required when the balance is requested and are normally $300 or £200 per vacation home. If you require any further equipment for your vacation villa which is not already supplied, this can be quoted for separately such as BBQ, ect... *There is a Standard 4% Charge for paypal and $30 processing fee and a 4% charge for credit card users.

 

Q. When we book our vacation rental villa in Orlando Florida, will we get the villa we booked?

A. You're chosen Orlando villa in Florida will only be changed in case of emergencies due to weather conditions, damage caused by previous guests or emergency Repairs. In all cases you would be notified so an alternative villa rental can be chosen.

 

Q. What are the passport requirements and are there any travelling restrictions when traveling to Orlando from England?

A.  All the information regarding passport, visas or any other travelling information you may require can be found at http://www.passport.gov.uk/

 

Q. If we book our Orlando Vacation villa for less than seven days are ther any extra charges included?

A. If you book for less than seven days a cleaning charge will be implemented for villas up to 4 beds there is a $100 cleaning charge and for villas with 5 beds or more there is a $150 cleaning charge applyed.
